Composition

A 70cl bottle of Evidence Collection Whisky, crafted with locally sourced organic barley. It is double-distilled in traditional copper pot stills, then aged for an extended period in old organic cognac casks, and finally blended in casks that previously held a prestigious Pauillac wine. Nose: Fruity and inviting – dried fruit, stewed fruit, baked peaches, baked apples. Palate: Silky – dark chocolate, nutmeg, maple syrup, tea leaves. Finish: Long and generous – opulent fruity notes.
